2019 Unreal Engine 4 22 Paragon The Reaver with 3rd person template with NPC animations
last vid of night but ya can see from last video I just dragged those animations then swiveled in the 3rd person retargeted PARAGON REAVER setup and you can have a lively and intereactive start to a scene , next you add the people onto those manniquins and use a plugin for voices and get a few friends to talk say in a discord audio setup and wella add the architecture and its ALIVE.
