Chocolate Pudding Recipe | Without Oven Pudding Recipe
Today's recipe is Chocolate pudding.
Ingredients and process:
Boil 1 ltr milk and reduce it to about 600 ml of milk. In the halfway add sugar (1/4 cup).
Turn off the gas and when the milk is still boiling hot add 3 Marie biscuits, 3 tbsp of cocoa powder and about 100 gm of semisweet dark chocolate . Let it cool to room temperature and then add 2 eggs. Grind the mixture and sieve it. Greese a container with butter and pour it into it. Now with a proper lid steam it for 40 minutes. When cooled pour it upside down and decorate it with melted chocolate.
