WPK-1000 conveyor type machine for welding the mesh in conductor. Production testing

Recently, new type of machine for the production of consumer meshes is successfully passed the test. WPK-1000 is designed for the manufacture of welded mesh bars diameter from 2 to 6 mm in increments of 15 mm. One of distinctive feature is the conveyor system for loading of conductors for welding. The features of welding unit and transportation system of feed carriages allow simultaneous welding of two (!) conductors with different grids. Usage of machine is associated with the production of furniture accessories (shelves, partitions, baskets for linen, coasters for dishes), as well as cages for poultry.
The continuous process is as follows: movable carriage with the first batch of conductors (2 pieces) with the bars are set is fed to the welding by a mechanism for gripping and moving the carriage. During the welding process of the first conductor, the operator makes a layout of bars to the second carriage in each conductor.
Upon completion of the welding process, the mechanism moves it to the device pushing the mesh out of the conductors, then grabs and lifts the carriage with the finished mesh, moving to the unloading area. At the same time the second carriage with conductors is fed for welding.
Thus, circulation of the carriages ensures high performance and quality of the finished mesh panels, taking into account that the welding speed exceeds 80 rows per minute.
