Unity 2019 HDRP - VFX Particle not showing? Try this..
Unity 2019 HDRP my VFX Particles doesnt work or are black.. this is the Solution i found..
Select the "Output" and enable "Use Exposure Weight" and then a new Slider apears on the "Output", set the Exposure Weight to 0.
Maybe this solves your Problem to.
