Sima Arshadi is from Iran, but she lives in Akron now where she makes breathtaking, hyper-realistic flowers -- some from cold porcelain and others that are edible. As an immigrant to the US, she faces all the same challenges that other American entrepreneurs must tackle, plus a few that are unique. But when she's creating her art, all that fades away. She's so happy she gets lost in the craft for hours. In this episode -- our last of the year -- we're wondering what our leaders can do to make it easier for our foreign-born residents to start businesses. In other words, how to we empower more creative businesses like Sima's?
