A dish from the exhibition "Palette/Palate" by artist Brian Bailey at the Wasserman Projects in Detroit. This exhibition transforms everyday construction materials into high-end fine dining dishes. "A6" is a playful take on A5 beef wagyu, replicated with marble and adorned with PVA, concrete, and a rubber base for a touch of whimsy.
