PM Step 4: Develop the Unit Work Plan (UWP: an Effective Performance Tracking Tool)
This will describe the importance of the Unit Work Plan in tracking the performance of a supervisor's direct reports/subordinates. This will also demonstrate the cascading features of the SPMS whereby the OPCR is translated into a UWP. This will also show an easy way on how to prepare the IPCR out of the UWP.
