MEGAMAN DUAL OVERRIDE IS ANNOUNCED FOR 2027
FINALLY IT HAPPENED! Capcom broke the silence at The Game Awards and officially announced Mega Man: Dual Override, the new game in the classic franchise, arriving in 2027 to celebrate the Blue Bomber's 40th anniversary.
In this video, we'll dissect the reveal trailer, analyze the new 2.5D visuals, and discuss everything we know about this release, which promises to arrive on Switch 2, PS5, Xbox, and PC.
Capcom confirmed that Mega Man: Dual Override will be the 12th title in the main series. The game will feature classic side-scrolling platforming gameplay with modern graphics. In addition, an official contest was announced where FANS can design one of the bosses (Robot Masters) that will be in the final game!
The release is scheduled for 2027, coinciding with the series' 40th anniversary.
