MX is the main antagonist of Mario ‘85, a new take on the concept of Mario.EXE heavily inspired by Sonic (PC PORT). Sitting within an abandoned copy of Super Mario Bros., MX takes the souls of those who play the game so that he can "play" with them for all eternity. He is the opponent of the songs Powerdown and Demise.
