2021 BMW M850i Gran Coupe: Driving Impressions
Today we are driving the BMW M850i Gran Coupe. The M850i has the same 4.4L twin turbo V8 making 523 horsepower and 553 pound feet of torque whether you purchase the coupe, convertible, or 4 door gran coupe. That engine makes good power and is good enough to get you to 60 in 3.8 seconds. The 8-series rides very nicely over bumps and road blemishes and wind noise is kept to a minimum. The Gran Coupe doesn’t make you sacrifice any performance or anything even though it has four doors. And because it has four doors, you get extra comfort in the back seat with extra legroom, four zone climate, cup holders, heated seats, and more.
