Memorial Day Dot Mandala Tutorial
Hey everyone! The video I have for you today is a Memorial Day inspired rock. I wanted to stick with the traditional Red, White and Blue so I had to dip into my Apple Barrel paints for the right shades as i'm still trying to grow my DecoArt paint collection.
We want to give a big shout out to all who have served in the United States Military! Thank you for your service!
