Medical/Travel Forms Process Automation and indexing into SharePoint
This video shows the simple process of merging PDF Forms for patient visits, trip requests and other scenarios, requiring signature sign off. Recipients are merged from a data source and individual and uniquely stamped and Forms updated are sent via email or printed. Recipients complete the forms and return them for scan or email entry.
The process is managed by a SQL Server or SharePoint database that keeps track of the process of each form as it cycles through delivery to sign off to receiving.
