Back4Blood: Character specific knives.
In back 4 blood, if you take the combat knife card, depending on what character you pick, you'll get a knife based off of their past / personality. Walker gets a bayonet. Jim gets a fish gutting knife. Doc gets a scalpel, etc etc.
I thought this was a nice little detail that is so specific to you taking a specific card that I wanted to show case it.
