This panel discusses the tech innovations involved in producing and broadcasting two of the year’s biggest events – the Women’s Euros and the Commonwealth Games. Key members of the production teams behind each of these events explain how they utilised tech in noteworthy ways to enhance the coverage, distribution and analysis of the events. The panellists explain how different tech advancements were incorporated into the production and broadcast workflows as well as their key considerations when identifying potential tech innovations to bring into the project. The panellists also reveal the tech on their ‘most wanted’ list to further enhance the production of big sports events.
