You might not believe this, but India has some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world! If you take a trip to Lakshadweep or the Andaman & Nicobar Islands you'll find incredible clear waters that are perfect to scuba diving.

I'm here on Kavaratti island and this place is a truly unexplored area of India.
We are gonna go on a glass-bottom boat ride and see the wildlife, the sea life under the water there.
I think we're gonna go scuba diving in. Guys, I hate scuba diving.
It feels like I'm breathing in this fake air
and our last time I mean,
I had a bad experience the first time because I drunk a whole liter of water before I went scuba diving.
It was like torture honestly. Imagine you need to go bathroom so badly but you're stuck ten meters underwater and the pressure is just
building on you. It's painful.
We've got some food set out. Lunch every day is that one o'clock here. It's a pretty good spread. They give you like biryani,
chole, lental, chicken, bread.
And yes
you can see this kind of shack behind me where you can just sit and chill out and then you've got
the most incredible beach right there.
Okay guys change of plans. We doing scuba first and it's really easy to do. It's called try down.
They take you down up to 3.5 meters, which is not very deep.
And all you have to do is basically hold on and look. You don't have to swim or anything.
You're gonna be, you're gonna go with somebody tandem and they're gonna take you and swim for you actually. It's very, very easy.
Anybody can do it
as long as you're fit enough. As long as you're not too, too old or too, too young.
Before you go for the dive, of course, they're gonna teach you how to scuba dive. It just takes a few minutes.
Then they take you out for the scuba.
The scuba gear is really heavy, but once you're in the water you don't feel it at all and just deep breaths, okay.
Deep breaths and
It's really easy. Anybody can do this.
And if you're trying to decide about whether to come to Lakshadweep or Andamans.

So you can decide whether you want to do scuba here or in the Andamans. I'll give you a quick review afterwards as well.
As for which place is better.
Wow, how lucky are we to have these beautiful coral reefs here in incredible India now and I can tell you right now
this was better than the Andaman Islands and Havelock Island. The diving spot there, the beginner diving spot it is,
it's kind of dead actually and you don't see the the variety of fish that you see here.
So yeah, the coral here is alive. There are so much fish and the water is so so clear here.
There was a lot of algae in the Andamans actually.
But this is just
amazingly clear and maybe it has something to do with the depth that we went.
In the Andamans we went a lot deeper
but here we only went to three meters and that was perfectly fine to see an
amazing array of fish and living coral.
Absolutely incredible.
We're on our way back to the beach now and my life here in India just goes from one incredible experience here in India to the other.
That's India for you because India is incredible.
I just came from the forests of
Chhattisgarh, where the tribal people living and it's incredible and now I'm here in Lakshadweep with the fish scuba diving
and it just continues to be incredible here in India. So one of the reasons why I love India so much.
Besides me here, this is the glass-bottom boat where basically if you can't do scuba diving you could come sit on this boat
and you'll be able to see the fish underneath.
It's not gonna be as epic of course, but you know, so everybody can experience the water life here.
And if you can't do snorkeling as well, and they've got other amazing things on this beach to do as well.
So you've got kayaking, you've got this kid on this incredible, I dunno, it looks like it's not a kayak. It's this kind of
boat from like a movie. It's awesome. So that was the glass boat ride.
It was pretty bad, pretty lame. If you can't
do scuba diving, I mean this is no substitute at all.
It's better you go to an aquarium if you want to see some sea life.
It's just, it's just not a great boat for a ride.
And there is an aquarium and a planetarium on this island that you can go to on
Kavaratti here and I'm gonna go and explore Kavaratti now on my own and yeah, that would be in another video.
