Steve Chu, chef and co-owner of Ekiben in Baltimore, MD traveled with MUNCHIES to explore all things Las Vegas Strip-adjacent and lesser known, where he experiences the more “local” side of Las Vegas food and entertainment. He discovered an alien-themed brothel, authentic Italian food right near the airport, and a tiki bar hidden in the heart of Vegas’ Chinatown.
