This could be due to CredSSP encryption oracle remediation
Step 1 : First you need to go edit gropu policy
Step 2 : now go to administrative templates under computer configuration
Step 3 : Now go to system and select credentials delegation
Step 4 : now go to encryption oracle remediation click enabled select protection level vulnerable
now restart thats all
