In this video I talk about the things that make a good day for a product manager. Product managers can have quite stressing work, days can be filled with meetings, demands and expectations from management or stakeholders, finding product-market fit, or incrementally improving your product to get it closer to your vision or solve some expectations that your customers have.
But product managers can also have great days, from having a great interview with a customer, getting good feedback on the product, getting some planned work done, organizing a roadmap, or having a great team to work with.
