Leader Hunter is too powerful to take on with Marines, Tanks, Helicopters, UAVs, Hunters all attacking you at the same time. It's much easier to hijack a tank to weaken him. Later, once It's 1 on 1 I recommend using Whipfist to keep your distance & do chip damage while throwing objects at him.
