It's possible to get out-of-bounds and build there on Mossrock
► Reproduction steps
Be any jumper class (Soldier, Demo man, Engineer, and Pyro), Exit out of the left side of the BLU spawn, you will see a raised area of land that has a missing damage trigger making so it can be build and stood on.
