The 2nd Annual LiveLung Small Cell Summit was held April 16-17, 2024 in Raleigh, NC. We were honored to bring together Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients and their caregivers with ten renowned experts in the field of SCLC, including Misty D. Shields, MD, PhD.

Misty D. Shields, MD, PhD specializes in Hematology for Multi-D Oncology Clinic. Dr. Shields earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Houston McGovern Medical School. She then completed a residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and fellowships at the University of South Florida, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, FL and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
