In our latest SVM Community Live Call, we brought together 30 founders and developers, including key Solana contributors from Composable Finance, Iron Chain, and Yona Network, to discuss innovative solutions and challenges in cross-chain connectivity.
The meeting highlighted Composable Finance's new IBC-based interoperability solution, which integrates Layer 1 and Layer 2 systems and eliminates lengthy transaction delays. Iron Chain presented their messaging protocol aimed at ensuring reliable communication between Mainnet and SVM, alongside Spicenet's exploration of light client solutions.
Other discussions included Yona Network's efforts to bridge assets on Bitcoin, Magicblock’s innovative state management in gaming, and broader interoperability challenges such as asset fungibility and bridge security.
The group called for open-source collaboration and improved user experience in interoperability. They proposed regular meetings to continue tackling these critical issues. Key action items were assigned, including sharing resources and deciding on a future meeting schedule.
