Today we're having a wonderful roast pork belly with crackling. My friend Hans recently made such an amazing roast pork that I absolutely had to recreate it and film it. Hans did it exactly the same way, and the taste is simply incredible.
It was cooked for 4 hours at a low 150°C (300°F) on the grill, and then I let the crackling pop – it was superb! :-) Highly recommended!
