Visit to Centralized Sewage Treatment Plant (11 December 2024)
On December 11, 2024, we visited the Sungai Segget Centralized Sewage Treatment Plant (CSTP) in Johor Bahru. Operated and maintained by Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) Sdn Bhd, this plant stands out for its innovative design, which enables the simultaneous treatment of sewage and river water. To minimize its footprint in the city, the plant is housed within an 11-story building.
