Dr. Chantilis founded what is now Dallas – Fort Worth Fertility Associates in January of 1999 after five and a half years in academic medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Lee joined Dr. Chantilis in the Dallas office in August 2005 and due to their practice’s growth and success, they added a third physician, Dr. Thomas, in September 2009.
