This is my first animash with a detailed story line so please judge lightly.
Story line:
So, Kiara is caught in a wild fire, jumps trying to escape and falls to her death. Her significant other, Kovu, finds her dead body. Kiara is sent to heaven where she is met by Mufassa, her grandfather. While back in the normal world, Kovu blames himself for Kiara's death and runs away. Kiara watches over her family's every move, depressed. Her father, Simba, feels like he is missing something and is very depressed. Kiara feels like she messed up her entire family. She looks at a pool up in heaven and is able to see her mother and how upset she is. Her mother keeps going back to what it must've felt for her daughter; how scared and in pain she must've been. Then she remembers her daughter and Kovu and remembers how happy she is. Kiara watches as Kovu slightly starts to loose his mind. He seems to want to hurt Simba, but something in his mind tells him otherwise. That night, Simba dreams that his daughter's death was delt by Kovu. And as Kiara walks the lonely road of heaven she remembers Kovu's warm paws and how happy she was then goes back to the haunting memory of her death. She watches painstakingly as Kovu returns to seek help from Simba to help lessen the pain and Simba banishes him (still believing it was Kovu's fault). Kovu thinks of how happy he was with Kiara and decides to commit suicide. He climbs to a dam and steps incorrectly on a log and gets crushed by a falling one all while Kiara watches from above in horror. Kiara ends up searching for Kovu's spirit and they find each and are both happy once more. Down on Earth though, Nala confronts Simba about his behavior and how it needs to change and Simba back lashes at her. He keeps thinking to the two's death and he makes amends with Nala and Kiara and Kovu look down at their family through the clouds of heaven letting them know they will always be there for them.
