Destiny Content Vault: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
When Bungie announced the “Destiny Content Vault” nobody really knew what to expect. Speculations and skepticism ran rampant in the Destiny community and the it was rumored that this was a method of recycling old content by removing it from the game and re-introducing it later as a method of promoting it as it were brand new content. The destinations Io, Titan, Mercury and Mars as well as the Leviathan and all of it’s respective raids were the first pieces of content to be sent to the Destiny content vault. Sometime afterward, the Vault of Glass raid and the Cosmodrome from Destiny 1 were the first pieces of content to be cycled into Destiny 2 from the Destiny Content Vault. It’s theorized that most if not all of the content from Destiny 1 will eventually find it’s way into Destiny 2, however we’ll just have to wait and see how things go.
