Greene & Greene inspired craftsman-style chandelier. Made from white oak, fumed/stained with concentrated ammonia, custom hardware, LED lighting.
This piece was inspired by G&G chandelier in Gamble House in California which is great example of Craftsman movement from early 1900s. It features soft rounded edges with grain matched white oak.
Oak was fumed using concentrated ammonia to change the color of the wood and make wood rays just "pop".
Hardware was custom made with blued steel and with hardware bolts stripped of zinc coating.
