The white paper is hard to understand and this is a project that is not focusing on the hype but more on real world use cases. Dusk Network offers some unique value propositions. It is the first layer 1 privacy smart contract platform, it has some unique privacy feature's and Dusk Network could benefit from the zero knowledge hype. The technology is good and the vision is to do this without a TEE. Blockchain technology is good for securities , tokenizing real estate , EFT's and so much more if you pass the regulatory roadblocks . Dusk can make the current system more efficient and save a lot of costs because of this you can include smaller start ups in funding rounds it will make it fairer. You can save up to 90% of the cost and a transfer of ownership can be done within minutes instead of days. Is Dusk to golden horse of 2022 / 2023?
