Is the Windows Game Bar / Xbox Game Bar affecting FPS performance on PC games?
Here is a quick video comparing the differences, each test was done twice to verification and each install/uninstall was followed by a full restart before retesting. Was tested on multiple games, but game featured here is Cyberpunk 2077.
Cyberpunk 2077 settings:
Path Tracing Medium preset for all, Frame generation Off, 4K resolution.
PC: RTX 4090, 13900K CPU, 64ram

How to uninstall Windows Game Bar: Run Windows PowerShell (Admin)
Type the following command and press Enter:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage
