MAKE SURE your QUEST is updated to the latest OS
Also, the game has to be on your PRIMARY ACCOUNT, not SECONDARY ACCOUNT
Unfortunately, you have to uninstall ALL your mods. Sorry, that's how it is, 1.0 mods will be updated later on
