Educational Spotlight: 30th Anniversary of the Clean Water Act Celebrated in San Diego California
A San Diego Citizen Monitoring Consortium sponsored event highlighting National Water Quality Monitoring Day, and the Clean Water Act's 30th Anniversary.
National Water Quality Monitoring Day morphed to become World Water Monitoring Challenge. This activity is now the EarthEcho Water Challenge.
The Consortium was spearheaded by the Clean Water Team and was one of several citizen monitoring consortiums it helped form within southern California.
