The Osintsev family from Ishim has been trying for a year and a half to determine who is responsible for the death of their child, who was electrocuted in a transformer box. Five investigators have already been appointed to the criminal case, but according to a lawyer, it is nearing its conclusion. Law enforcement officials currently consider the owner of the land, Zhanna Obukhova, as the accused. However, Obukhova denies any involvement in the incident; she purchased the property a couple of months before the tragedy. The transformer box, under high voltage, had been there for ten years. Lawyers for the family and the current owner of the land agree that the investigation was misguided. We present their theories in more detail.
