Look! My 6th YouTube video :3 I know it’s not much, but I sincerely hope that I can help you get an overview of some of the most basic, very useful lines of code! These helped me to make a game for my first GameJam, and I hope that they will help you as much as they did me in creating small little games.
As a beginner these lines are awesome to know because they enable you to do A LOT OF STUFF! :)
However, just know that some of the ways that I am using these lines here is NOT the best way to do certain stuff. There are more advanced techniques to do certain things in programming. However, you really shouldn't focus too much on perfection when you are starting out. Just have fun learning these lines and keep an open mind for new methods to do things as you become better. I believe having fun first, creating some games will get you much further than obsessing over perfect code… that can come later ;)
Check out the PDF for a summary and better explanation on all these lines. It's not much but I really tried to make things understandable in there :)

If you are a GameDev newbie and are eager to learn GamesProgramming, then you are exactly where I am. I am about to learn the last few things that I need to make 3D RPG games, which is a BIG dream of mine. I really hope that I can motivate you if you have similar goals because I really believe that anyone who sets out for a goal and puts in enough time and effort will eventually get there. So if you think so as well, let me know where you are in your GameDev journey and who knows, maybe we will join a GameJam together someday :)
Let me know in the comments how you feel and check out the PDF; it might really prove useful to you.
Have an amazing day,
Elián

In case you are wondering, I used Artlist.io for Music and SFX and PremierePro and Photoshop to edit my video. Adobe has a great student deal, where you can get all Adobe Applications for a reduced price. Also, you can check out Upbeat for Music and SFX. It's a bit cheaper than Artlist.io and I used that until my last video. Not bad :)
