Recently, when I moved to my new home, I was unpacking my vision boards and you know what I did with them?
I stuck them all in a closet...with no intention of ever taking them out! Why?
Honestly, I felt like they’d let me down.
When I created my vision boards just last year there was SO much excitement and possibility. “Omg, I’m going to travel to all these places, have these many people in my programs, and have a new amazing website... by next week!”
“Now what? Where’s my magical genie granting my wishes!? Did I do it wrong?”
You see, the vision is only half the pie. It was like someone handed me a photo of a delicious, golden-crusted pie, but not the ingredients and step-by-step instructions to actually MAKE the pie!
We can visualize all we want. But we still have “to do something” to “make it” happen. And that can be really overwhelming! What do you do today, and the next day and the next to keep moving toward that vision?
Well, recently I discovered a technique for doing just that!
