Guiding Light: Year In Review - 1984
This month we look way back in the 80's! If you thought things got outrageous with Reva's Clone, time travel, and the San Cristobel saga, things weren't much different in 1984. There was the dreaming death disease, exploding jewlery boxes, and boiling quick sand. 1984 featured many families that stayed the core of the show till the end like the Reardons, Bauers, Spauldings, and Lewises. 1984 also had strong characters like Tony Reardon, Bert Bauer, Lujack, and Warren Andrews. We said hello to some prominent characters that year like Alexandra Spaulding, Roxie Shayne, and India Van Haulkien. We also said good-bye to some terrific characters like Leslie-Ann, Hillary, Kelly, and Brandon Spaulding. Some bad guys also emerged like Susan Piper and her henchman John and Darcy who was the member of the Gallaheads.
We were treated to some great location shoots and some awesome love stories featuring Lujack & Beth. This is also the year Reva dubbed herself the Slut of Springfield.
