Icon Maker is a web-based application that allows the creation of Microsoft Windows Icon Files in multiple sizes. http://iconmaker.00laboratories.com/
It features multiple tools for image manipulation, from the pencil and eraser to fill-buckets and shape tools like lines, rectangles and circles. This application is free and can be used within any browser since it is only HTML and JavaScript.
Thanks to the custom build icon compiler it is possible to embed custom information into the binary file, like author and creation information. All icons are stored in our advanced Gallery and is a great collection where one will find all of the icons that have been created, if you are a developer you know how useful a collection of icons can be.
By clicking on the edit button in the gallery you can import an existing icon and change it to fit your needs, you cannot change the embedded info and hit save again to override the author information unless the icon itself was modified.
