I have installed Windows 11 on Intel Macbook Pro 16 2020 successfully,
with Vmware Fusion,
without License - you can use it with limited features indefinitely (as far as I know).
By the way, I have also windows 11 on the same mac with dual boot and it works flawlessly. I play games daily on it. If you need instructions about how to dual boot windows 11 on MacBook Pro 16 (intel), let me know and I can create one tutorial.
