RECIPE:
Dough:
Flour 600-650 g
Water 370 ml (1.5 cups 250 ml each)
Sunflower oil 5-6 tbsp
Egg 1
Yeast 11 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp (not full)
Filling:
I used chicken liver, but you can use any liver 600-700 g
Onions 1-2 (200 g)
Sunflower oil 5 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Frying oil for the pies 200 g or whatever He'll leave.
