Install WordPress on your localhost & Copy localhost website to server
In this video tutorial, you will learn how to install WordPress on localhost. Localhost is nothing but your PC / MAC. You just need to have installed XAMPP as a prerequisite (which I have taught you here https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list....
In this tutorial you will download and use Bitnami WordPress for XAMPP (https://bitnami.com/stack/xampp) to setup WordPress on localhost.
Once you have setup WordPress site, you can test / learn anything & everything in WordPress. Once you have setup a working website, you may need to transfer it in working condition , as it is, to an online server.

[DB - Database]
1. Take a backup of WordPress DB (localhost)
2. Delete DB of a new online WordPress site
3. Restore the backup DB in online new WordPress
4. Copy wp-content folder from localhost to your server
