ECO Mobility IPO Details | ECOS Mobility and Hospitality IPO
ECOS Mobility and Hospitality Limited is launching an IPO with a price range set between ₹318 and ₹334 per share. The company aims to raise ₹601.20 crore, based on the upper price limit.
The IPO will be open for bidding from August 28 to August 30 and is entirely an Offer-for-Sale (OFS). This means that 1.8 crore shares are being sold by the company's promoters, Rajesh Loomba and Aditya Loomba, who are reducing their stake. As the IPO is an OFS, all the money raised will go directly to the selling shareholders, not the company.
