To create a custom grease pencil brush in Blender, follow these steps:
▶In the 3D Viewport, switch to the Grease Pencil workspace.
▶In the toolbar, click the Brush icon to open the brush settings.
▶In the brush settings, click the "New" button to create a new brush.
▶Give your brush a name, and then customize the brush options as desired. You can adjust things like the brush size, strength, and color, as well as more advanced options like smoothing and jitter.
▶When you're happy with your brush settings, click the "Save" button to save your new brush. You can then select your custom brush from the brush list and use it to draw in the 3D Viewport.
