World Snow Day at Ski Dubai 2024
In celebration of World Snow Day, Ski Dubai hosted a wide array of activities to introduce snow to UAE residents. We kicked the celebrations off with a ski demonstration show on January 20, with skiers going down the slopes in LED suits. On January 21, we offered free discovery lessons to kids between 3-6 years old to our social competition winners. In addition, we offered discounted discovery lessons for both ski and snowboard. The celebrations extended to the Snow Park, where we held snow man making and sculpting sessions throughout the day.
Ski Dubai also partnered up with Dubai Police, Dream League and UAE Special Olympics to introduce the world of snowsports and snow to people of determination and low-income families.
To wrap things up, we hosted two fun snowsport competitions, such as the World Snow Day Alpine Ski Competition and the World Snow Day Freestyle Competition, allowing the best of the best to go against each other for the top spot of the podium.
