This is one way that my family and I store water for emergencies. This is by far the easiest chemical free long term water storage option. By reusing 2 liter bottles and filling them with fresh water it opens lots of options for you when you need it. This allows you an easy way to ration your supplies or enjoy a nice (bacteria and chemical free) cold drink even with no power on a hot day! Using this method will also give you options on keeping any food you have in your refrigerator or freezer longer because you have stored ice.
