0:11 Wait for a puddle to drop under you. Then head clockwise of the S or E tower to stack with the 2 fire dps. Preposition on the boss's target ring so that puddles dropped by other players do not block your path.
0:20 Go clockwise past a tower, and stack with the other tank and one of the fire dps.
Go back to middle to be healed up and mitigate the Ultimate Impulse that follows.
This video shows E/W towers going off first. If N/S towers go off first, just rotate the mechanic clockwise 90 degrees (see slide 9+ of the raidplan).
