In this instruction video, our technical trainer Bram Thomas shows how to clean and replace both the Prins filter and the filter of the eVP-500 LPG reducer. This is part of the service and maintenance of the Prins VSI(-DI) system. It is important to do this correctly in order to maintain the quality and functionality of the eVP-500. It is also important to respect the filter change interval (every 500 hours or 2 years) to keep the eVP-500 clean.
The eVP-500 reducer is world's first full electronic LPG reducer for engines with up to 500Hp. It controls the fuel pressure, ensuring correct LPG supply in all operating conditions for smooth and optimal driveability performance. It is important to maintain the parts of the LPG system, including the reducer.
