Meanwhile, John Luther is behind bars. He has been imprisoned for his past as a police officer who often broke the rules in pursuit of justice. However, his guilt for failing to stop Robey earlier eats away at him. When Robey boldly challenges the police, Luther realizes he is the only one capable of bringing him down.
