[Mobile] SHATTER 100% (10th Extreme Demon)
This was possibly the most painful experience I’ve gone through in this game, maybe worse than Reverie. For a while I was enjoying this level, but after long enough I ended up getting extremely frustrated as a result of far too many 50+ deaths. But today, I managed to pull through without a death at the robot choke point and beat my 10th extreme demon.
I started this level for my Blade of Justice ladder, which this is the 3rd level in, and picked it pretty much just because my name is in the level title and description so I thought it would be cool to beat. It was enjoyable at first, and I got a new best of 64%, followed by a jump to 88%. From here, it went downhill - it took days for me to even get to the ship again, and the next time I did I passed it and died at 90%. I would die 6 more times at the ship part following this death. Honestly, I wanted to drop the level and quit the game, as I found no enjoyment in playing the level anymore and my motivation was drastically dwindling. After playing it scarcely for the past few days, today I managed to clutch the completion. I won’t go into my thoughts on the level here, as I discuss it after the completion, but I’ll just say they aren’t very positive. I wouldn’t recommend this for newer players, though it is accessible, but unless you’re determined I wouldn’t risk having a terrible experience. Also, this is likely going to be placed below Breakout, so I don’t think this is my hardest demon. No guarantees about what I do next, I don’t want to hold myself to beating anything right now.
