Growing this YouTube channel
I'm currently working on a plan for how we're gonna CRUSH this goal of getting 4000 public watch hours and 1000 subscribers.
And it means I gotta add so much value here on this channel and determine exactly who this channel will serve. So far, I've loved exploring and creating every day. I always love a creative outlet, but it does seem that sometimes the creative process can be inefficient with the "way things are".
So I'm workshopping some ideas and considering what subject matters I'd like to dive in more and what creators I can collaborate with on this channel, as well as what skillsets and team members I'll need to create something super valuable for you guys.
