Hello yogis! 💪 Welcome to the first class of the Cardio + Strength Challenge (Fit Series), where we'll test your endurance and burn calories like never before.
🔥 Get ready for an explosive cardio session that you can do at home without any equipment.

In this Class 1, we'll focus on high-intensity cardio exercises that will make you sweat and help you:

Remember that this challenge is divided into two parts:

Class 1: Cardio (the one you're watching now!)
Class 2: Strength (coming soon to the channel)
